Being able to set reminders to pay superannuation would be great in the payroll features offered. At the moment, the option you're looking is not yet possible in the QuickBooks Online Payroll. I'll be sure to pass this to our payroll provider to let them know and put it to updates.
You can set up super payments in your payroll account by registering with Beam. Here's how:
- Click on the Employees tab.
- Click on the Payroll Settings.
- Click on Superannuation.
- Click on Register with Beam.
- Fill out other details like Business details, address and contact detail.
- Enter the Payment method and details, and click Next.
- Enter your Default super fund, and click Next.
Once done, you do not need to access to an external portal to pay your superannuation. You can check this article to learn more about Setting up Super Payments with Beam.
