Once you have a payroll subscription, you can view it on the Employees page. We will isolate your issue by opening QuickBooks Online using an incognito window. This is the best place to know if this is a web issue. From there, go to the Employees page. If you're able to open your payroll, go back to your main browser and clear the cache. Too much cache affects the website/application's behavior.
You can also use a different browser to solve this issue (Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox).

Hello coffeereserve,
Thank you for providing a screenshot about this issue.
We haven't received any reports from customers about unable to access the Employee section. Let's go ahead and fix it by logging out and logging back in. You can also try to use another support browser. If that won't still work, please clear the browser's cache. It helps to clean browsing history that prevents QuickBooks Online to load.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Have cleared cache and logged in and out still no luck. It's becoming very frustrating.
