To be sure we're on the same page, I'd like to ask for more details about the traceable date you're referring to. Is it the starting date you've set up on the account on the Chart of accounts? Or is on your transactions? Any extra information is much appreciated.
It would be also helpful if you could provide screenshots to give us a better understanding of the situation.
