Your bank's name cannot be searched on the Banking page in QBO. This suggests that they may not want to establish a connection with us, or it's possible that our engineers are still in communication with them.
As a workaround, you can download your transactions from your bank's website in a supported Web connect file format and upload them to the Banking page in QuickBooks. You can do this twice or once a month, depending on the number of transactions you have. For more details, refer to this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Once uploaded, you can match and categorize them, and then proceed to reconciliation once you get everything in.
