You could be experiencing random browser issues. We can do the basic browser troubleshooting steps to get rid of this error.
To start, you'll want to sign in to QuickBooks using a private browser. This step disables its extensions and stops the cache from saving your browsing history.
If you can export the report as PDF, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If not, please try other browsers to see if we get the same thing.

I too am experiencing the same issue when trying to export the GL to PDF...seems to be an Intuit QBO issue and not a user browser issue

Dependent System ErrorDependent System Error -I am getting this error for each online company file I work on. My co-worker is getting the same error for a different company file and she is in a different location than I. We have quit the web browser, restarted our computers and still can't print or save a pdf file. The print screen is blank and reads Dependent System ErrorDependent System Error. HELP! We have reports to print.
I too am getting this error! DEFINITELY A QBO ERROR!!! Cannot be all of our browsers! QBO you can do better than this; please take care of this issue now.
