I am trying to accept info into my accounts I have downloaded but the "accept" tab is not functional. I'd leave a screen shot but don't see how.

I am trying to accept info into my accounts I have downloaded but the "accept" tab is not functional. I'd leave a screen shot but don't see how.

Welcome back to the Community, @jeffelmer.

 

To check if this is a browser-related (cache and cookies) issue, try signing into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a private browser (incognito). There are times that the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources, causing some unusual responses.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

 

Once logged in, try to accept information into your accounts again to double-check.

 

If it's successful, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
