I dont know how to act smart enough to tell Quickbooks to fix something related to bank's connection not unless you assume they have the control over their connection.

@Mavis16  already messaged QB in chat and they admit it was a connection issue and they need to fix it ASAP and are willing to compensate/refund subject to approval, so what say you?

@bradlyC Right, subject to approval . Still it would be godsend if Quickbooks could fix what Maybank themselves cant even fix their system themselves.

I dont think will resolve in 1 year or 2, u need pay extra form convertor tool , rhis price is min 24.95 usd per month with is around rm112 , which is very expensive and more expensive than the quick book itself .

Please know that the investigation was already closed. Our product engineers have discovered that the issue is due to the new security requirements implemented by the financial institution's website.

I recommend contacting our customer support team if the same issue occurs when syncing your bank with QuickBooks Online. They can thoroughly dig into this matter and provide the most appropriate resolution.

In the meantime, you can manually upload your transactions using a CSV file. To begin with, let's identify the oldest date of your entries to avoid duplicates.

1. Head to the Gear icon.
2. Select Chart of accounts.
3. Look for the bank or credit card account where you want to upload the transactions.
4. Choose Account History, then write down the date of the oldest transaction.

After that, get the transactions from your bank or credit card's website and refer to this article for the detailed process: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

4Gal was offering a workaround for your problem. Otherwise, you can purchase a 3rd party service to convert your data to another program to integrate with Maybank.

What is the status of this issue? I don't see any progressive updates. This issue occurred in early October 2023 and it's end January 2024.

I understand how important it is for you to resolve this issue so that you can download transactions seamlessly from the bank.

Upon checking the system, the ticket that was created last October 2023 regarding a previously reported issue about Maybank Malaysia was already tagged as closed and resolved. Affected users were able to successfully connect and update their Maybank Malaysia accounts.

But we've recently received new reports of users experiencing connection issues with Maybank Business Banking. The error code displayed is 106,105,103. Although the newly created ticket specifically mentions the impact on Maybank Business accounts, it has also come to our attention that users with other accounts are encountering the same error as the one reported last October 2023.

To address this matter, I recommend reaching out to our dedicated support team. They will be able to verify if your account is also affected by the current issue. If confirmed, they will ensure that you are added as one of the affected users.

Here's how:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Click on Help (?).
3. Select the Search tab, then Contact Us.
4. Enter a description of your concern, then hit Continue.
5. Choose a way to connect:
    

• Start a chat with a support.
• Get a callback from the next available support.

By doing so, you will receive important updates and notifications regarding the progress and resolution of this issue.

It is impossible to do that. Maybank does not provide statement in CSV format, we only get PDF. Is there a way Quickbook can accept PDF upload?
