Hello, Singyin.
To isolate the issue, I'd like to make sure this isn't a problem with the browser. Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue. It's possible that the browser stores frequently accessed data, thus causing websites, like QuickBooks, to act weirdly. Let's try logging into your QuickBooks account using the private browser.
You can access this by pressing the following commands:
If it works, then let’s go back to your browser and clear the cache. These caches of data are essentially junk files and can be safely deleted to free up storage space.
If the same problem occurs, try using a different browser. This can be an issue with the browser that you use and QuickBooks.

Hello there, @Singyin.
Appreciate you for trying the recommendation shared by my colleague above. Based on the screenshots you've included, it seems to me that there's no unusual behavior happening in your QuickBooks.
Since you've linked the invoice to a credit note, it's normal in QuickBooks to not show the other individual items that belong to your bundle code. If you want to view the grouped products, you can click the linked transaction under the Customer field. Please see the attached screenshot below:
Still, you can add your bundle with several individual goods or services in each line item. However, it can be done if you'll not link your credit note to an existing invoice. Here's a sample screenshot:
