I have been unable to update my banking transactions from ABSA bank from 20 Aug. I noticed that their online banking page also had an update during the same time. Can anyone that actually bank with them respond, not interested in these generic responses of a workaround by manually importing the data, it delivers duplicates as soon as the bank start importing again.

Banks occasionally perform maintenance that may temporarily disrupt their connection with QuickBooks Online (QBO). Please check ABSA's website for any reported outages or contact their live support for the latest updates.
Alternatively, you can manually update to refresh your bank connection with QuickBooks.
