It can be challenging when you can't connect to your bank, philippa@butterf. I'm here to help you rectify this issue.
Before proceeding, may I know the name of your bank? This way, I'll be able to check our records for similar reported cases.
If you didn't receive any error messages, I'd recommend signing in to your bank’s website to check if everything is working on their end. Then, manually update your bank connection. Here's how:
You may also perform some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. At times, the accumulated cache in your browser causes sync and connection issues between your bank and QuickBooks. To do this, I'd suggest accessing your account in a private window. Please refer to the shortcut keys I've listed below:
Once you're in, head to the Banking or Transactions menu again. If you're able to connect without any issues, let's clear the browser's cache to start over fresh. Alternatively, you can switch to other supported browsers.
