The list of states shown in the Company address section depends on what details you've entered when you sign up for QuickBooks. If you're referring to removing the drop-down option, this is currently unavailable. This is because our program provides the option so you can change some details if necessary to ensure your data stays accurate.
However, if you mean to select Nam as your state and you're unable to see it, I recommend contacting your accountant or tax agency in South Africa. They can advise what specific address you need to choose so the same tax calculations will occur.
Additionally, I also suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account which is needed in investigating this matter. Then, verify further info if the NAM should appear on the list of addresses or none.

Thank you! Already purchased the SA version and set it up a long time ago:( It never used to have the drop down with prefilled provinces of SA... Reason I initially purchased the SA version as currencies are linked, TAX and vat is same, so really makes sense for Namibia to use the SA version & recommended by my accountant. If they could only add the Namibian provinces in the address drop down :(
