At this time, we don’t have any reported issue regarding Investec bank. Did you encounter and error while you’re connecting to your bank? There are times that the stored data in your browser can cause an error. I’d be glad to provide you the browser troubleshooting steps.
Here’s how:
First, let us use a private browser and try if you can connect to your bank, refer below for the shortcut keys.
(Google Chrome) Press Ctrl + Shift + N keys on your keyboard.
(Firefox or Internet Explorer) Press Ctrl + Shift + P keys on your keyboard.
(Safari) Press Control + Option + P keys on your keyboard.
Afterward, if you can successfully link your bank, go back to your regular browser and clear cache. However, if that behavior still exists, I recommend using another browser to get this sorted out.
Lastly, if you still happen to get the same problem in other browsers, I recommend contacting our Customer Support team. They can perform screen sharing to see the exact prompt and further investigate it.

2. Click Contact Us.
3. Inform them that you're getting the "Cannot link Investec Bank", then click Let's talk.
4. Select Get a callback to reach out to one of our phone agents.
