Thanks for joining the QuickBooks Community. I'm more than happy to share some information and guidelines to help you pull through your bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
I understand that your state's FNB is currently undergoing maintenance. Due to this, it is not currently possible to transfer the information to your QuickBooks Online account. You will have to wait until the maintenance is complete to restore the connection.
In the meantime, you can request CSV files from FNB and manually import them to your QBO Account. Here is how you do it:

Once the maintenance is complete, you may proceed with reconnecting your bank account. Also, your bank may re-download transactions that you have already manually added. In such cases, ensure that you exclude the duplicates when categorizing.
