Connecting a Namibian Business Banking account to Quickbooks Online depends if the bank's supported, Zened. I'm here to verify it and guide you through what to do.
I looked up Namibian Business Banking from the Connect an account page. It appears to be unavailable from the supported financial institutions (FI) list. In this scenario, you can select the Still can't find your bank? field and enter a web address (URL) search for the FI. This enables you to request support from them. Here's how:
1. Open the Bank transactions or Bookkeeping menu.
2. Go to the Bank transactions tab.
3. Click on Connect an account if this is your first time to set up. Or select Link account if you already created one.
4. Enter your bank name or URL in the search field.
5. Click on the Still can't find your bank? field.
6. Enter your bank name and web address below.
7. Once done, click on Request.
If everything's settled on your end, read these extra guides about reviewing and managing bank transactions in QBO. You can also learn some fixes in case you run into problems when connecting:
I want to make sure you can accomplish your banking task seamlessly. Feel free to message back if you need more help with this or with QuickBooks in particular. I'll make sure to respond as soon as I can. Have a good one, and stay safe!
Another option, use the converter tool (e.g csv2qbo) as a workaround.
