There could be a few reasons why your bank is not updating, accounts3101.

To start, could you please tell me which bank account is having issues? In the meantime, we can try some troubleshooting steps to resolve the problem.

Banks occasionally perform maintenance that will temporarily disrupt their connection with QuickBooks. I recommend checking your bank's website for any reported outages or service disruptions that might require your attention.

Additionally, you can try updating your bank connection to re-establish it.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Accounting tab.
  2. Select Bank Transactions.
  3. Identify the bank account that has the issue.
  4. Click the pencil icon, then press the Update button located in the top-right corner.

If the problem persists, consider importing your transactions using a CSV file as an alternative. You can refer to this article for detailed steps:  Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance with QuickBooks.

I completely understand how important it is for QuickBooks to stay connected to ABSA, and I appreciate you reaching out. It looks like you’ve asked a similar question previously, and one of my colleagues has already provided a detailed response that might help you.
