Has anyone in Kenya been able to connect to NCBA bank on QBOA
My bank transactions option does not connect to NCBA bank. Has anyone been successful
Yes, you can connect NCBA as it is one of the supported financial institutions of QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA), Julianne. However, connectivity still depends on whether the NCBA name, URL, and the account types are supported directly with QBOA.
When searching for the bank from the Connect an account page, type in NCBA, NCBA Kenya, or paste the NCBA URL link. Then, select the one that appears in the results and proceed with connecting your bank.

If the NCBA uses other names and URLs not listed in the supported banks, we can request support for your bank by following the steps outlined in this article: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking in QuickBooks Online.
While direct connectivity isn’t available yet, you can log in to your NCBA online banking portal and download your transaction history in a QuickBooks-compatible format, such as CSV or QBO.
Once downloaded, format the file and upload it to your QuickBooks Online Accountant account. For detailed instructions, you can refer to these articles:
