Hello. I can only agree. I am looking to change accounting packages because of this. This service is atrocious. We went with QBO so that we can download our bank records and this has not been working for months.

Clearly you do n to follow the thread - this is an ongoing issue with Standard Bank
The stock standard response that you have given is not a solution but adds to the frustration as it shows that support does not read the messages posted
Kindly just fix the problem as it is on YOUR side and not ours!!!

Me too. My accountant uses Xero, and it can connect to Standard Bank.
I've had to download and upload CSVs since June.
Such a hack and time consuming to do for 3 business accounts.
All the the other banks connect perfectly.
The connection was fixed for a while (Jan to Jun 2022).
So I know Quickbooks can resolve this. Come on tech team... make us happy.
Can anyone connect to Standard Bank?
If there is anyone that can automatically connect, I'll try more methods.
But for now... from clearing caches, disconnecting the bank and starting afresh as if new bank account... I keep getting the same error.
