In the meantime, you can perform basic troubleshooting to isolate and fix the issue. I suggest you start by updating your connected bank account in Banking.

Check if you get any errors after the update process. Also, you can sign in to your bank’s website to check if there are notifications that require your approval or ongoing maintenance.
