Bank error 102 usually means there may be a problem on your bank's end. Their website may be undergoing maintenance or have server issues. This can stop the online bank connection to QuickBooks. This issue can also be resolved within 24 hours.
In the meantime, let's manually update the online bank connection in QuickBooks to refresh the connection. Here's how:
If you get the same result after 48 hours, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can further check on this matter and provide in-depth troubleshooting steps to get this resolved. They can also create an investigation if other users are experiencing the same.
Just in case you have successfully connected your bank account, QuickBooks will download your bank transactions. Then, you can categorize them into the correct account.
