You are correct, the amount that will show up on the bank reconciliation should be a consolidated amount. Since this isn't your case, I recommend accessing your account on a private window.
Web-based platforms like QBO collect cache files (cookies) to save you time when loading repetitive data and images. These files can often become outdated or corrupted, causing issues like the one you've encountered.
You can open a Private Window in all supported browsers using the corresponding keyboard shortcut below:
If figures are now showings as combined, you can now go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This eliminates unnecessary files and refreshes your data.
