Certification is inaccessible

Let me help you fix this in no time, @userpatrick-chauke.

To start, let's access your QuickBooks Online Accountant using a private browser. There are times that cache and cookies stored on the browser cause problems when running websites. The following are the shortcut keys you can use:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

When signed in, access the certification again. If this works, let's clear the cache of your regular browser. If the same thing happens, you can use another supported browser. It could be that the one you're currently using has a temporary issue with QuickBooks.

Then, let's also check your pop-up blocker. Training courses and exams may be blocked if your web browser is set to block pop-ups. You can turn off the pop-up blocker temporarily to see if that fixes the problem. Refer below for the steps for your web browser:

Another solution is to add the ProAdvisor training webpage as a trusted site. Add the ProAdvisor Training website (https://*.intuittrainingplatform.com) as a trusted site. Follow the steps for your web browser:

Lastly, let's make sure that you have the latest version of Java installed for your web browser.

Also, if you need help or questions about your ProAdvisor membership, you can reach out to our QuickBooks Online Accountant team at this link.

Let me know how this goes and leave a reply below. I'm always around to help you access the certification. Have a great day ahead.
