You'll have to update your surname on your ProAdvisor profile, @rozann-accountin.
The name on your ProAdvisor certificate is taken directly from your profile. Your Profile page organises your account information into different sections. As a QuickBooks Online (QBO) advisor, you can publish, edit, and improve your profile to increase your potential clients. To change your surname, here's how:

After changing, you can select Preview your public profile to view the changes you made. Once done, you can then reprint your certificate with the correct surname.
