How do I see who viewed my Profile on Proadvisor?

Thank you for posting here in the Community, caiomuaco.

Let me provide some information about your ProAdvisor profile.

Currently, the ability to check who viewed your profile is still unavailable. However, you can check what your possible clients see on the website by confirming your profile.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Profile icon and complete your profile.
  2. Go to qbo.intuit.com/app/verify and provide all the information needed on the Confirm your profile page.
  3. Click Choose file to upload one of the suggested government-issued IDs.
  4. Select Submit.

Once your confirmation and eligibility are verified, your profile should be published on the Find-a-ProAdvisor website after three business days. See this confirm your ProAdvisor profile article for more information. 

I can see the importance of being able to know who viewed your profile. I suggest sending this as feedback to the Product Development Team to be considered into the next round of discussion. Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to your Profile icon. 
  2. Click on the Send Feedback link.
