Does anyone have the contact detail of the QBO migration team specialsied in assisting conversation from Sage Pastel Partner to QBO?

Let me assist and direct you in the correct route regarding your migration concern, Buck Tsai.

We'll have to use a CSV file (QBO) to transfer your Sage Pastel data to QuickBooks Online (QBO). Before we start, let me provide you with some information on what you can bring into the program. You can export and then import the following:

When you're ready, follow these steps to import your lists into the online program. Here's how:

  1. In your company, tap the Gear icon in the upper right and choose Import data under Tools.
  2. In the Import Data screen, choose the data you wish to import.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Here's an article that discusses in detail how to: Import data from other software into QuickBooks Online. There, you'll learn how to import your lists into the program in the correct order, including the links to each article.

If you still require assistance with the migration process, I recommend contacting Sage Pastel Customer Support. They will be able to walk you through the procedure and guarantee that the data is transmitted correctly.

We've compiled resources and tools to help users become acquainted with the features and tasks available in QBO. Our self-help articles and online courses will lead you through the process of completing any accounting-related tasks:

Keep me posted below if you still need help migrating your data to QBO. I'd get back to help you the best that I can, Buck Tsai.

Thanks for getting back to this thread, @Buck Tsai.

It would be best to contact Sage Pastel Partner support for further details about this matter. This is to ensure that there is migration assistance between Sage Pastel Partner and QuickBooks.

Let's also check for any possible suspicious emails. This can sometimes be a scheme to get you to share your personal info.

Here are a few things to look for if you’re not sure an email came from Intuit:

  • We’ll never ask for your personal info in an email.
  • Our emails will always come from an email address that ends with @intuit.com. This includes @e.intuit.com.
  • Any link we send you in an email will always be for an intuit.com address.

You can go to our Online Security Centre page to see how we protect your data and how you can protect yourself from email scams and other security risks. To see a list of suspicious emails and actions, or to report one of your own, select Go to security.

For more information, please see this article: Identify suspicious activity, phishing scams, and potential fraud.
