HI cannot move/ narrow columns in QBO - I can see the divider column. How do i narrow columns in QBO? how can i import data for a credit note?

To change the width of the columns in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you'll need to hover your mouse beside the column header and drag the scale width icon to the left or right.

 

As for your other concern, you can connect a third-party app that can import credit note to QBO as the system integrates hundreds of third-party apps. While I’m unable to recommend you an app, to view a wide range of options, use specific keywords to narrow down the search. You can check the reviews from other customers to help you decide which app suits your business type and needs.

 

To look for an app, here's how:

  1. On your QBO account, click Apps in the left menu. 
  2. Go to the Finds Apps tab.
