You'll need to export the data out of QuickBooks Online first, kemio0504.
Note that QB Desktop is only available in these regions:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Canada
Here's how to export:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Select Export Data.
- On the Reports tab, set the desired date range.
- Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
- Select Export to Excel.
You can also export these non-posting transactions and attachments:
- Estimates
- Purchase Orders
- Customer Statements
- Attachments
- Recurring Templates
- Chart of Accounts
- Product and Services.

Once exported, you can follow these steps to import in QB Desktop:
- Click File on the menu.
- Select Utilities, then Import.
- Click Excel Files.
