I can't connect with Nedbank

@LeizylM .......I received several emails this morning saying that this had been resolved, HOWEVER, I had disconnected my accounts when this issue arose and I am now unable to reconnect them! So for me, this is still an issue!
I get the following message:

 

Nedbank Personal & Business Banking blocks QuickBooks Online Edition from connecting with them.

Let them know you'd like to be able to connect QuickBooks Online Edition. Meanwhile, you can add a different connection. (155A)

I have tried contacting online chat, but they are no help and tell me "not to worry" and give me a reference number!

Is this still being looked at or am I now the only person with this issue? It has been over a month now and I am exhausted trying to get this sorted out.

Thank you for quoting the error messages you received. I'll share an update about connecting Nedbank.

 

As of this writing, Nedbank has stopped providing feeds to QuickBooks Online, so I suggest uploading your transactions. You can do it weekly or twice a week, depending on the number of transactions you have.

 

On the other hand, I can see that johan6 mentioned that he was able to connect. However, I couldn't find any updates about the said bank at the moment. I'm also unable to ask for your account details from here to check the emails sent to you since this is a public forum. It's best to contact our Support team again to verify them.

I can't connect with Nedbank

@JessT . I contacted them (AGAIN) this morning after I received the emails that the issue had been resolved. The agent told me "not to worry"...seriously! After a month of this nonsense I should just "not worry"!
She was unable to help and just gave me another reference number 1579674884
