It could be that this is just due to the format of your date. You can check it in your settings first before removing your files.
If the format is right, you can do the browser troubleshooting steps to check if a browser issue is causing the behavior. We'll do this because if we'll just remove and re-upload the files, there's a possibility that you'll get the same thing.
By the way, uploading a file means two things to us. It's either you're referring to attachment files or online banking transactions. Therefore, I'll include the steps on how to remove them.
To check for a browser issue, you can log in to QuickBooks in a private window. Upload one file or a bank transaction, and then see the date. If it's correct, please go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If not, try other browsers to isolate the case.
