Import of products and services, tax on sales column please advise

Welcome to the Community, @roxanne5.

You'll have to enter "Yes" or "No" in the Taxable column to indicate the taxability of your products and services. This way, you can import them in QuickBooks successfully.

Here's how to import your products and services:

  1. In your QuickBooks Online, click the Gear icon, then select Import Data.1.PNG
  2. Click Products and Services from the list.2.PNG
  3. Select the Browse button, then find the Excel file where you save it and click Open.3.PNG
  4. Hit Next, then map your fields to QuickBooks fields.4.PNG
  5. Once done, click Next and Import.6.PNG

You can read this article for more details: Import products and services from Excel.

If you want to add stock products in QuickBooks, feel free to check out this article for more guidance: Add stock products in QuickBooks Online.

Please keep in touch if there's anything else I can do to help you succeed with QuickBooks. I've got your back. Have a great day!
