I want to make sure that you bank balance gets updated so you can get back on track.
If your bank transactions are downloading successfully in QuickBooks Online but the bank balance is not updating, this issue can be caused by the stored and corrupted data on your browser.
To fix this, you'll want to access your account on a private window and run the bank update from there.

If it it's now updating you can go back to your regular web browser and clear its cache. At times, too much-accumulated cache files on your browser may lead to unexpected issues like the one that you've experienced. This simply needs to be removed to prevent this from happening again.

I am still having a problem after doing the above - I've also tried importing a CSV file and the same issue persists. Only bank transactions import to QB but bank balance on will not update on QB. Tried using other computers and same problem persists. Please check our account/program. Can mention our company reference number here?
