Yes, you can add your company VAT number to an invoice template, @tandi. I've got the steps to complete this task.
You'll first have to turn on the custom fields feature in the settings. This way, you can add this info to your invoices. Please take note that this is available for Plus and Essentials versions. I'll guide you how.

Once done, let's open your invoice template to verify if this field was already added. Here's how:

Also, you can rename, delete, preview your existing template as PDF, or make it default (see the screenshot below). Just go back to the Custom form styles page. It helps you manage your templates all in one place.
