Can someone please help with my invoices. they are clear on preview but when I select wattsapp and send it, then it is all dark. my phone is not set on dark mode?

I can help you fix your concern so you can successfully send invoices to Whatsapp, barry.

First off, let's make sure that your Whatsapp and QuickBooks Online (QBO) apps are updated to their latest versions. Also, check if Whatapp is not in dark mode.

If everything is updated and not in dark mode, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling both apps. It allows you to use the app on a clean slate. Please follow the steps below to proceed:

  1. Tap and hold the app on your phone.
  2. Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
  3. Select Yes to confirm.
