In QuickBooks Online (QBO), invoices include a corresponding order number since they are primarily for sales transactions, helping to reduce confusion. In contrast, bills and expenses often lack order numbers as they are sometimes unrelated to sales. Therefore, only invoices have order numbers in customer statements.
