I don't have the merchant service centre or I am unable to access it for some reason. How do I get the pay now button on my clients invoices and credit card payments?

I have tried following the instruction on google/quickbooks and these don't work as I cannot select a payment option.

I'll share information about why your clients can't access the Pay Now button, Pamela.

Merchant Service is not yet offered in QuickBooks South Africa, resulting in the inability to have the payment option on your clients' invoices. I'd recommend looking for a third-party app that you may integrate with QuickBooks to handle your online payment methods. Visit this link for the available apps we have: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/en-global/.

You can also read this article to learn how to find, download, and manage third-party apps within QuickBooks: Integrate apps in QuickBooks Online.

If you want to disconnect a third-party app or transfer ownership to another user in the future, refer to this article: Transfer app ownership or disconnect apps.

Notify me by replying below if you have follow-up questions. I'm available 24/7 and will respond quickly.

You can use a free invoicing app as a workaround to accept online payments with Paypal, Stripe and other processors. Then you can use a connector to mirror data to your QBO account.
