I've got a few troubleshooting steps we can try to get the Customers page working, rachelugg.
Let's start logging into QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a private or Incognito window. This helps us verify if this is a browser issue or not.
Here’s how:
- For Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N
- For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl+Shift+P
- For Safari, hold down Command+Shift+N
If the same thing happens, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Support Team. They'll further investigate what's causing this issue.
Here's how to reach them:
- Click Help on the top menu.
- Choose Contact us.
- Enter can't access Customers page in the What can we help you with? field.
- Click Let's talk.
- Choose Start an email to connect with us.
If you need to access the customer's transactions, you can run a report as a workaround.
We have a link where you can find articles about managing reports in QBO: https://community.intuit.com/browse/quickbooks-online-intl-reports.
Keep us posted if you need anything else in QBO. Just drop a comment below and I'll be sure to answer them.
