I want to import a custom invoice. When I click on the gear icon, and click on new style, it only gives the options for invoice, quote or sales receipt. Not import
You'll have to first turn on the Import Styles feature from the QuickBooks Labs page to import a custom invoice template, @userdasvalue. Let me guide you how.
Go to the Gear icon.
Select QuickBooks labs.
Go to the Import Style section and turn it on.
I've attached a screenshot below that shows the last two steps.
Once done, return to the Custom form styles page from the Gear icon. Select the New style button, then choose the Import style option to start importing your customised invoice template.
