Let’s use a private browser to access your QuickBooks account. This doesn't retain local files or cache so this helps in ruling out the possibility of a webpage issue. Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.
If this works, clearing the browser's cache is also one of the options we suggest if you experience strange behavior when using QuickBooks Online. By doing this, it’ll remove the history or built-up cache in your default browser, so you can start with a clean slate. You can also use other supported browsers as alternatives.
