When creating and issuing a sales receipt, you can enter the tax number if needed. Still, you can issue this transaction without including the tax number details.
- Go to the +New button.
- Select Sales receipt.
- Select the customer from the Customer drop-down menu.
- Enter all the necessary information.
- Enter line items for the products and services you sold.
- Once done, click Save and close.
If you want to send it to them now, you can select Save and send. Just make sure to add their email address.
