If the invoice is not showing in the Find Other matches window when matching it to the payment in the bank feeds, it is due to the number or date of your downloaded bank transactions not matching the existing one within QuickBooks Online (QBO). Thus, I recommend utilizing the filter option to narrow down the results. You can also choose Open invoices as the transaction type so it will only show the open and matching ones. However, if it doesn't show in the Outstanding transactions when recording a Receive payment, you can match the payment directly on the invoice. These are the steps you need:
