Will i be able to delete my product and service to start again, im new member i haven't used before no sale has been recorded under this app so will i and how

To purge your QBO account, the account (i.e Essentials or Plus) must be within 90 days old. Follow these steps to reset your company data:

Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
Edit the URL on the address bar. remove everything after app/and enter purgecompany. For example: https://...qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany
Click Yes to confirm the action.

Otherwise, you have to open a new QBO account

Yes, you can delete and create new Products and Services in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'll guide you how.

1. Go to the Sales menu, then select Products and Services.
2. Locate the item that you want to delete.
3. Beside Edit, click the drop-down menu and choose the option Make inactive.

In setting up your new Product and Services, click the New button and choose which categories you want.

This doesn't actually delete the product it just makes it inactive so when you go to import the product again it won't let you because there is already a product with that name.
