The Customer field is unavailable but I can click into All Sales, Invoices and Products & Services?

I've got a few troubleshooting steps we can try to get the Customers page working, rachelugg.

 

Let's start logging into QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a private or Incognito window. This helps us verify if this is a browser issue or not.

 

Here’s how: 

 

  • For Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N
  • For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl+Shift+P
  • For Safari, hold down Command+Shift+N
If you can access it, try clearing your browser's cache to remove the temporary Internet files or use a different supported browser.
 
If the same thing happens, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Support Team. They'll further investigate what's causing this issue.
 
Here's how to reach them:
 
  1. Click Help on the top menu.
  2. Choose Contact us.
  3. Enter can't access Customers page in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Choose Start an email to connect with us.

If you need to access the customer's transactions, you can run a report as a workaround.
