Due to the issue with Standard Bank, There are a batch of transactions that did not load via the bank feed. I created a CSV file for these transactions but when I try to upload it the "For each bank account field, select a QuickBooks field" page is not complete. 1) The date format field has no drop down options. 2) I select the "2 column: separate positive and negative numbers" option but nothing happens. 3) There are only two mapping fields "Date" and "Description" - nothing for money in and money out. Any one else expending this problem? I have tried uploading to one of the other accounts (same client) but have the same problem.

Hi Mandy
I suspect that the problem you are facing seems like you miss some formatting of uploading a csv file in QuickBooks Online. I have a video which may be able to help you manage the formatting when you uploading a csv file:
Please do not hesitate to tell me if it still doesn't work.

I fixe the formatting as in the video, set up the proper columns, and the screen had the box checked that all 376 lines were good to go. I did the download to quickbooks and only 159 of the 376 lines transferred over. now I have to go through every line to see which transactions didn't make it and input manually? it would be easer to just input all of them manually...?
Let me point out some details so you'll be able to successfully transfer all your bank transactions in QuickBooks, apatracuolla.
Generally, QuickBooks Online (QBO) downloads bank transactions automatically without having you do it manually. Aside from the correct format, you'll want to make sure that your maximum file size is 350 KB for the transfer to be successful. You can shorten the date range and download transactions in smaller batches if the file is too big.
After you've reviewed the file, you'll want to exclude the bank transactions that you've downloaded so you won't be going to every line trying to figure out which transactions were uploaded or not. Then, re-upload the transactions with the correct file to ensure that all the 376 lines are transferred over.
I'm adding this handy article that will show you more information and detailed steps when uploading transactions: Manually Upload Transactions Into QuickBooks Online.
Additionally, learn from this article how to categorise your bank transactions after you manually update your accounts: Categorise And Match Online Bank Transactions In QuickBooks Online.
Feel free to let me know if you need further assistance with your bank transactions. Remember, I'll be one post away if you need help. Have a great day!
Another option, use the trial version for one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo) to isolate the problem.
