How do I maximise the help screen?

I've got you covered today, user66227.

 

The Help screen feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is designed to have a limited screen size. At this time, maximizing this is not an option. However, you can zoom in to make the page larger by pressing the Ctrl key on your keyboard and the plus (+) key repeatedly.

 

Also, we can adjust the zoom set up of your browser to match according to your preferred display settings.

 

Here's how:

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Go to the Hamburger button.
  3. Click the + button to adjust the zoom display.

Being able to add an option to maximize the Help screen is a good idea. While we continue to work in making sure we meet our customers needs, please check out our QuickBooks Blog to be updated with our product's latest feature release.
