I desperately need help. I have submitted my problem since last week yet I am not getting my problem resolved. I cannot merge suppliers, tried all suggested from QBOL.

I desperately need help. I have submitted my problem since last week yet I am not getting my problem resolved. I cannot merge suppliers, tried all suggested from QBOL.

Allow me to provide some information about being unable to merge suppliers in QuickBooks Online.

 

At this time, we currently have an ongoing issue wherein customers can't merge vendor's information in QuickBooks Online. Our engineers are still working to determine the root cause of this issue, so they can apply a permanent fix.

 

If you've reached out to our Customer Care Team already, rest assured you'll be notified via email once any updates on this issue are made available. If you haven't done so, I recommend contacting them so you'll be added to the list of the affected users.
