Hello there, kelly. I can help you manage your payroll information in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
We can use Journal Entries to record the accounting information for your payroll in QBO. But before you proceed with the steps below, I'd also suggest you reach out to your accountant to guide you further. Also, to ensure the accuracy of your books. If you want to make entry easier next time, you can select the Make Recurring option to save the transaction. Next, enter a memorable Template Name and set the Template Type to Unscheduled; select Save Template. Then click Save to confirm changes.
