I'm here to ensure you're able to let your client access two separate company set up in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @ajeethd. This way, they can monitor the growth of their business and keep track of their transactions.
You're correct in inviting your client using the same email address. This way, it'll be easier for them to access any of the two companies using one email or user ID when signing in. Based on your description of the issue above, it seems that your client already established their access to the second company. With this, they just need to switch between the two companies to open one. Here's how:
I've attached screenshots below for your reference.
In case you mean the client is unable to access the first company when they can't view it on the list when switching accounts, you can let them perform some troubleshooting steps. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed pages, thus causing some unusual responses. They can isolate this by logging into their QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser (incognito). Here's how:
Once signed in, if they're able to view the two companies on the list under the QuickBooks Companies section, let them return to their regular browser and clear their cache and cookies. This will refresh the system and remove older data which causes viewing and performance issues. However, if the issue persists, I'd recommend pulling up the companies using other supported browsers.
You can change your email address, user ID, or password for your QBO account at any time. Just access your Intuit Account Manager account. Please let me know if you have other concerns. I'm just around to help. Take care always.
