If you've mistakenly deactivated a client, don't worry, I can help you find and reactivate them again, pnbconsults.

In QuickBooks Online Accountant, there's an option you can use to view all your inactive clients and make them active again to ensure seamless continuity in managing their financial information. To find them, you can follow the steps below for your guidance:

  1. Go to the Clients tab in the left menu.
  2. Click the Gear icon, then select Include inactive clients.

Once all the inactive clients show up in the client list, find the client you've mistakenly made inactive, then click Make Active to restore their status and manage their account.

In case you're still unable to find the inactive client, you can always reach our Customer Support team for further assistance.

Moreover, I'll add this helpful reference to edit or make changes to their information: Manage clients in QuickBooks Online Accountant.

Also, this article will be helpful if you want to add, remove, and transfer clients in and out of wholesale billing: Manage your QuickBooks Online Accountant pricing plan and discount.

I'll be right here to help if you have more questions when managing your client list. Have a great day!
