Can't get to where I can manually renew my subscription?

I'm here to make sure you can renew your QuickBooks subscription, @ocd-electrical-i .

 

I have a few troubleshooting steps you can perform to check if this is a cache-related issue. Please take note before we proceed, when you resubscribe, you’ll first need to be the Master Admin or Company Admin of the account. If not, you’ll need to contact the administrator to have your user rights changed. Once verified you are a Mater Admin or Company Admin, we can go ahead and perform some solutions.

 

There are times that the piled-up cache in your regular browser caused this unusual behavior. Let’s log in to your QuickBooks Online account using a private window because this mode prevents the system from using stored internet history, passwords, or cookies.

 

Use these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using: 
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. If you're still unable to renew the service, I suggest using other supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.

1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
2.Select Contact Us.
3.Enter your concern.
4.Click Let’s talk.
5. Choose Start a chat and type in your contact info.
