Let me show you some ways on how to fix it, ruth10.
You should still be able to access your client's QuickBooks company using Microsoft Edge version 75 or newer. If your browser isn't currently running the supported version, make sure to use version 75 or newer.
On the other hand, if you're using Microsoft Edge version 75 or newer, we can open your browser in a private window. It isolates the cache, which is the common cause of unusual behaviors in browsers.
If that works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Otherwise, open an alternative browser that's available for you.
If it persists, you can reach out to your client and ask them to double-check your status. If needed, your client can re-invite your account. Once you receive an email from them, make sure to sign in with your correct credentials. This way, you'll be able to access their QuickBooks company smoothly.
For future reference, read through this article to learn more about opening and reviewing clients' QuickBooks Online account. It also covers links to a different topic that can help you in opening your client's QuickBooks account.
