Has anyone experienced issues where emails don't work when added as user. Keeps giving me a unavailable notice on certain emails

For some reason it only allows certain emails to be added but not other Im at a loss any solves?

I can feel the challenge you're experiencing with adding certain emails as users and receiving an "unavailable" notice. This issue is currently being investigated by our engineers, but I'm unable to provide a specific turnaround time at the moment.

 

To ensure that your account is added to the list of affected users and to receive prompt updates on the situation, I recommend reaching out to our QBO Support. They will be able to assist you further and keep you informed as the investigation progresses.

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Choose the Search bar and click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a summary of the concern: Getting The feature you've requested is temporarily unavailable... error under INV-95133.
  4. Click Continue, and choose Chat to reach out to our Chat team.
